What personal data do we collect, and why do we collect it

We collect basic business information like business names, registry numbers, phone and addresses just for billing and accounting processes. We don’t store your sensitive payment details like credit cards. We also collect information about you using our website, such as your IP address, what pages you visit, and how long you spend on each page. This helps us improve our website and ensure it is working correctly. We also collect information about your search queries and the results that you click on. This lets us understand what you are looking for and provides you with the most relevant results.

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any information you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How can I export my data?

You can export your current inventory data anytime by going to the settings tab and clicking on “export.” This will download a CSV file of your current inventory data. We won’t export program usage logs or quantity change history.
